Networking events are held at the Golden Hills Office Center in the Thrivent 5th floor conference room each year in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Each meeting includes continental breakfast, open networking, sharing of job search leads and new hires, and round-robin introductions by each attendee.
We provide a dedicated forum that helps business professionals from all industries to:
- Meet valuable contacts for career development and job search
- Access leads on new opportunities
- Share personal insights on local companies
- Support each other during career transitions
We welcome job seekers, those currently employed, hiring managers and recruiters who are interested in making valuable professional connections and gaining new job search insights.

Attendance is by invitation by a current member of Smiling and Dialing (sponsor). If you don"t know a Smiling and Dialing member please complete the invitation request at the bottom of the page.
Members may register themselves and guests they wish to sponsor.

Parking There is ample parking in the north lot and in the ramp on the east side of the building.
Enter the main entrance at the northeast corner of the facility. Take the elevators to the 5th floor and look for the signs directing you to the conference room.
